This dung is removed from Semi Captive herd of elephants from their overnight stabling yards (where they are kept safe, fed etc) and part of it used for compost to grow new fresh bana grass for the elephants some of it used to do the dung balls to help with elephant research, conservation projects and help the elephants themselves The dung is not being removed from Wilderness areas.
